The Easter Bunny first came about in ancient Babylon when the sun goddess Semiramis, renamed Astoreth (Easter), turned a bird into an egg laying rabbit. As years passed, the event was celebrated by sacrificing 3 month old babies on the alter on at a sunrise service on “Easter Sunday” and dying the eggs in the blood.. Google it.
