The Little Guy & I

The Little Guy & I

The Day Little Guy & I Discovered Each Other.

Nearly 17 years ago I had just moved to Beautiful New Hebron, Mississippi. A few days later I noticed I had left as few things at my sister’s and needed to go back and get.

I was almost at Linda’s house when this beautiful little puppy dog was running aimlessly and weaving through traffic at a very busy time of day.

I stopped my car and stopped the traffic behind me… Thankfully a Voluntary Fireman stopped traffic coming the other direction and was able to stop traffic both ways…

It took the Fireman myself and a lady to get him to come to us… and there is where I got my hands on him.

The Little Guy once closer examination and observation I discovered he had been malnourished, negated and physically and mentally abused. The Little Guy was a Special Needs Puppy that needed lots of love and understand. When I took him to our Vet he said The Little Guy would not have made it one more day on his own he was in such dire shape.

It took me 6-9 months where he was not fearful of getting a beating or physically or mentally abused…

Little Guy had lost use of his hind legs about 3 or 4 times along his journey. The Vets wanted to put him down each time and I would refuse such an idea.Thankfully with lots of tender love and care and the help of YAHUAH Almighty the Little Guy was restored each time. I Praise YAHUAH each and every day that our Miracle Boy is able to walk.

At that time I had saved up my money to have my teeth extracted and dentures made. We had already started the process to have it done.

I spent all I had saved and lots more on things that would help Little Guy to walk again. I do not regret in the lest saving this beautiful soul.

About 5 years ago Yahuah laid it on two sister’s heart to send a love gift my way. Both together came to 4000.00 dollars. I said Praise YAHUAH I now can get new teeth. My teeth was a mess and could hardly eat. Along with my 2000.00 dollar Humana plan gave me 6000.00 dollars to get all my teeth extracted and one fine pair of premium top of the line perfect fitting dentures and that’s how I can share a smile with you today.

Today, I’ve been blessed to have had The Little Guy in my life for nearly 15 years. He was about 15 before he passed. That’s equivalent to a 105 people years maybe more and he was one happy well adjusted puppy dog and did all I ask of him eagerly.

Little guy is blind was in his right eye and going blind in the left. I think he has cancer of some kind. He has a big fatty mass on his chest and blue looking bruises on his under belly and sides.

Wasn’t long ago have he rescued him we had a near miss and almost lost him and Yahuah extended his days for a little longer.

I knew the inevitable will come soon so we loved on our Little Guy lavishly while I had a little more time with him.

Everything seems lovely the day before. Had a good breakfast and had a big dinner and eat like a little pig. Once his belly was full he was able to sleep comfortably.

When I woke through the night checking on him I knew something was going on. That morning I saw him and laid hands on him I felt death on him and knew it was only a short time we will be saying our final goodbyes.

He had died earlier and came back. Then a couple times afterwards… When that finely battle came to him I had him in my arms talking to him and he cried out loud then gave up his breath of life.

16 years ago when he lost use of his legs I promised him before Yahuah Almighty I would not never abandon him or ever put him down. Thank Yahuah I was able to keep my promise with this most beautiful soul that has taught me more lessons in life that I can say.

I have been honored to be his servant and friend through the years. Now You know the Rest of the Story…
