The Great Day of YAHUAH
For the day of YAHUAH TSEVA’OTH shall be upon everyone that is proud and lofty, and upon everyone that is lifted up; and he shall be brought low:
And upon all the cedars of Lebanon, that are high and lifted up, and upon all the oaks of Bashan,
And upon all the high mountains, and upon all the hills that are lifted up,
And upon every high tower, and upon every fenced wall,
And upon all the ships of Tarshiysh, and upon all pleasant pictures.
And the loftiness of man shall be bowed down, and the haughtiness of men shall be made low: and YAHUAH alone shall be exalted in that day.
And the idols he shall utterly abolish.
And they shall go into the holes of the rocks, and into the caves of the earth, for fear of YAHUAH, and for the glory of his majesty, when he arises to shake terribly the earth.
YESHA’YAHU (ISAIAH) 2:12-19
The great day of YAHUAH is near, it is near, and hastens greatly, even the voice of the day of YAHUAH: the mighty man shall cry there bitterly.
That day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness,
A day of the shofar and alarm against the fenced cities, and against the high towers.
And I will bring distress upon men, that they shall walk like blind men, because they have sinned against YAHUAH: and their blood shall be poured out as dust, and their flesh as the dung.
Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them in the day of YAHUAH’S wrath; but the whole land shall be devoured by the fire of his jealousy: for he shall make even a speedy riddance of all them that dwell in The land.
TSEPHANYAHU (ZEPHANIAH) 1:14-18
But YAHUSHA turning unto them said, Daughters of Yerushalayim, weep not for me, but weep for yourselves, and for your children.
For, behold, the days are coming, in the which they shall say, Blessed are the barren, and the wombs that never bore, and the breasts which never gave suck.
Then shall they begin to say to the mountains, Fall on us; and to the hills, Cover us.
LUQAS (LUKE) 23:28-30
And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;
And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casts her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.
And the heavens departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.
And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;
And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:
For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

IN the year that king Uzziyahu died I saw also ADONAI sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the Temple.
Above it stood the Seraphiym: each one had six wings; with two he covered his face, and with two he covered his feet, and with two he did fly.
And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is YAHUAH TSEVA’OTH: the whole earth is full of his glory.
And the posts of the door moved at the voice of him that cried, and the house was filled with smoke.
Then said I, Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for my eyes have seen את eth-the King, YAHUAH TSEVA’OTH.
Then flew one of the Seraphiym unto me, having a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with the tongs from off the altar:
And he laid it upon my mouth, and said, Lo, this has touched your lips; and your iniquity is taken away, and your sin purged.
Also I heard the voice of ADONAI, saying, את eth-Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.
And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not.
Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and return, and be healed.
Then said I, ADONAI, how long? And he answered, Until the cities be wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land be utterly desolate,
And YAHUAH have removed men far away, and there be a great forsaking in the midst of the land.
But yet in it shall be a tenth, and it shall return, and shall be eaten: as a teil tree, and as an oak, whose substance is in them, when they cast their leaves: so the holy seed shall be the substance thereof.

NOTE:
Seraphiym
Mentioned in Isaiah 6:2 Isaiah 6:6.
This word means fiery ones, in allusion, as is supposed, to their burning love. They are represented as “standing” above the King as he sat upon His Throne, ready at once to minister unto Him.
Their form appears to have been human, with the addition of wings. (See ANGELS).
This word, in the original, is used elsewhere only of the “fiery serpents” ( Numbers 21:6; Numbers 21:8; Deuteronomy 8:15; Compare Isaiah 14:29; 30:6) sent by YAHUAH as His instruments to inflict on the people the righteous penalty of sin.
