Buttery Flatbread.
A soft and slightly crispy unleavened bread.
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour (or whole wheat)
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup water
2 tablespoons butter, melted (plus extra for brushing)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the flour and salt.
2. Add water, butter, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead for a couple of minutes until smooth. Let rest for 10 minutes.
4. Divide into 4 portions and roll out into thin rounds.
5. Cook in a dry skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
6. Brush with melted butter and serve warm.
